Cut Vinyl Banners

This type of banner is made by applying adhesive vinyl lettering or graphics to a pre-made banner blank. In the past, this is almost exlusively how all banners were made. However, once printing directly on banner material became a viable option, cut-vinyl banners became less common. The reason for this is that these banners typically require more time and manpower to produce, and the range of available colors for both the blank and the graphics are limited to what vinyls are available. That said, cut-vinyl banners are still a sturdy, reliable, and simple variety of signage. We like to use this process for simpler banners, where the design only calls for one color.
